Monday 04152013 WOD

Usual high school WOD.  Went in and it was crowded so we moved to a grass field near the entrance.

Here is the workout..

WARM UP
Run 2x around field
Stretch and Mobilty

WOD
AMRAP
50ft back and forth (100 yard total)
jog + jog
sprint + sprint
30 x walking lunges
30 x no push up burpee w a jump *1st round
20 x no push up burpee w a jump rest of workout.
3 full rounds complete

10 x 4 count step down + step up
5 x squat jumps up stairs
30 x crunches
2 rounds completed

Stretch and mobility

DONE!!!
