Saturday 5/12/2012 - WOD

Let's get to the workout shall we?

WARM UP
run/jog
Line Drills - Frankenstein walks, spiderman lunges, squats etc etc

5 x push ups
5 x cobras
5 x sit ups
10 x alternating lunges
3 rounds of the above

WOD

*25lb dumbbells used

30 seconds of work of:
Push Press
Burpees
Box Jumps
3 rounds of the above

Single Leg weighted lunges x 8 each leg
back rows x 10
dumbbell swings x 15 as RXed ( I did 10)

20 second air squats
10 second hold at bottom
5 x above

Stretching


Good workout!!!
