Memorial Day WOD - 05282012

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!!!

WARM UP
run/lunge/walk
Line Drills = spiderman, frankenstein, inch worm

WOD

2 min sit up test - Military Style (arms crossed chest, legs bent, elbows to knees)
I got a whopping 26!

10 min 1 arm snatch test @ 45lbs
126

4 Rounds of:
3 mins on/1 min off

3 Thrusters (I used 10lb weights)
6 burpees (w/ push up no jump)
9 air squats

Stretching...ugh....PAIN!  What a way to start the holiday!  SHEESH!
