10 min 1 arm snatch test @ 45lbs
4 Rounds of:
3 mins on/1 min off
3 Thrusters (I used 10lb weights)
6 burpees (w/ push up no jump)
9 air squats
Stretching...ugh....PAIN! What a way to start the holiday! SHEESH!
