Today's workout hurt...it hurt alot. OMG!
I did THE CHIEF workout....here is a demo from CrossfitHQ
I did it as prescribed so I am pleased with that...but man it hurt and I again, as in most workouts felt like I was going to throw up or pass out or both. Here is what this fatboy did...
3 + 6 push ups
2 + 1 clean
2 + 6 push ups
Now I am going to be sore for the rest of the week....ready to tackle MONDAY!! YAY!
