Sunday 3/11/2012 - 12.3 Open WOD

Happy Sunday readers all 6 of you...

Today's workout is the 3rd one for the 2012 Crossfit Open.  It is no fun...and pretty crappy.

As Many Rounds As Possible in 18 mins of....

15 x 24" Box Jumps
12 x 115lb Push Press
9 x Toes to Bar

I was able to complete 3 plus 15x box jumps, 12x push press and 3 T2B as prescribed.

So not bad...the best part was my toes 2 bar as my coach forced me to do them "legit" meaning no jump from a hang.  I am happy.  I am just proud that I can do all these workouts at all.  Maybe next year I will actually register.  Who knows.
