Karen kicked my ass

Sunday...Sunday Sunday....oh how I love and hate you....

This afternoon was my attempt at the 12.4 CF Open WOD.  I was hoping to finish Karen which is 150 wall balls and at least get a couple double unders done...no way man.  I got my butt beat.

Here is how it went down.

Back Squat - super strict with supervised depth

95lbs x 5
115lbs x 3
135lbs 3
165lbs x 3

Then got into the car and drove to the gym to do KAREN...which is 150 wall balls = 20lb ball at a 10ft target.

at 12 mins I got 137 done.  I finished 150 at 13:09.

Ugh....horrible.
