12/22/2011 - WOD

Happy Holidays!  I got off early from work today!  I was able to leave the office at 130PM this afternoon for the xmas holiday which meant I was able to hit the gym before dark and get some errands done.

Here is the work out...a particularly hard one for sure.

WARM UP
1000k row - 4:17 at a 7 damper setting.  Not too bad.  I would like to get this row at or under 4 mins.

WOD

AMRAP Single Unders - 10 mins
Rest 2 mins
AMRAP Walking Lunges - 8 mins
Rest 2 mins
AMRAP Burpees - 6 mins
Rest 2 mins
AMRAP Dumbbell Swings @ 55lbs - 4 mins
Rest 2 mins
AMRAP Sit Ups - 2 mins

My Scores:
Singles = 414
Lunges = 137
Burpees = 45
DB Swings = 35
Sit Ups = 34

Man..what a workout!!!
