WOD 11-05-2011

Warm up per usual... run/walk/lunges and jump rope.

5 x push ups
10 x sit ups
15 x air squats
AMRAP in 15 min

WOD
Floor push plate (25lbs plate)  then 20 g2o
Repeat
Repeat w 10 g2o
Repeat

3x burpees then walking lunges w 25lbs plate x 8 rounds

12 x plate swing
8 x reverse burpees
3x rounds
