WOD 9/11/2011

Worked my ass off this afternoon...literally.  ugh.

WARM UP static and dynamic stretching Jump rope, the rest of the class did a run WORKING SET Back squats x 5 warm up - 45lbs x 5 (2xs) 95 135 (2xs) 185 (2xs) WOD 150-180mm run/walk 10 burpees 15 KB swings (55lb) 10 push ups as rx = 5 rounds for time I did 3 rounds in 15:08 IMG_9676
