WOD - 7/9

Today's WOD was pretty intense. We did a lot..ugh. I think I did about 90% which is better than most days. Here is what we did...

WARM UP
Run/Walk/Lunge around the room.
Side squat walk
10 burpees

WORKING SET
5 x Burpees
5 x Ground To Overhead (30lb dumbells each)
6 rounds of the above

10 x 1 legged lunges (each leg)
150 x jump rope
30 sit ups (not completed...I suck.)

10 reverse burpees
30 box jumps
10 push ups
4 rounds of the above

Stretch...END!

afterwards I was a good boy...went to Whole Foods and grab some "mud juice" = 16oz of Apple, Carrot, Chard, Lime, Cucumber and a breakfast burrito with whole eggs, turkey sausage and spinach. See! I do have some self control I guess!
