WOD - 7/30

Another great morning WOD!

Here we go...

WARM UP
Run/walk around the room
High knees
Side squat walks
Walking pike stretch across room
Lunges back and forth

WORKING SET

30 x Burpees
10 x Squat Thrust (25lbs each)
2-3 min rest
20 x Burpees
20 x Squat Thrust
2-3 min rest
10 x Burpees
30 x Squat Thrust

1 legged squats (10x each leg)
Back Rows x 20 each (30lb dumbbells)
20 x sit ups
5 rounds of the above

Stretch and done!
