This morning's class was kinda of "easy" if I can even use that to describe it. The class also went by really quick too. I am going to skip the warm up and just let you all know about the working set, since that is what matters right?
10 x burpees
20 x push press (using 20lbs dumbells)
30 x air squats
3 rounds with 2 min rest in between.
10 x modified wall walks using platform
20 x straight leg sit ups
(I admit I cheated here and did not complete the sets...so I probably should not even post it...ugh)
that was pretty much it today....not bad not bad at all.
