WOD 5/28

Every Saturday I take this class at my gym. We fondly call it a "bootleg crossfit" class.  As it is not 100% real crossfit, it had crossfit and HIIT type workouts.  I have a great time in class and it is definitely a killer workout.  I am going to post up the best Saturday AM workouts.  I also keep a journal but wanted to blog about it too.

WARM UP
light walk/jog around room
squat side walks across room

5x burpees
10x squat jumps
15x push ups

WORKING SET

20x KB swings (44lb)
15x boxjumps/step ups
1 min plank on step
x 5 (I only completed 4)

Over head spilt squats 5x each side
5x shoulder presses off step board (butt in air)
x5

burpee jump on board x 5
10x straight leg sit ups
x2

DONE!
