Personal Best

Today I pushed myself a little...and was able to deadlift this....for those keeping score that is 305lbs.  I perform what is called a SUMO DEADLIFT vs a regular deadlift.  Per one of the trainers at the gym, the way my body is shaped a traditional deadlift is not great for me. So I perform it using a sumo method.  This afternoon I was also able to complete 100 wall balls using a 14lbs ball in 4:51 not too bad...I am happy.  Great Sunday workout!
